The series consists of a roll of honour, compiled November 30, 1966, which shows photographs and brief biographies of roll of honour members; a ledger created from 1946 to 1960 which lists life members of the British Columbia Women's Institute with brief information on each one. The series also contains a 6 page essay called "Early history of the Crippled Children's Hospital of Vancouver, British Columbia", by Mira A. Barber.
