TRACK 2: Mr. Marks discusses incorporation in 1965 and how he became mayor; the 108 development; leasing after incorporation; the Emissarian group, Emissaries of Divine Light; and business ownership in the town; Emissarian attitudes towards business; some details of the group and the Emissaries of 100 Mile House.
