The series consists of collected and created records relating to the activities of the Royal Jubilee Hospital School of Nursing. The records include reports, meeting minutes, information regarding curriculum, and general student information. The records also document nursing associations, including the Student Nurses Association (SNA), Student Nurses Association of British Columbia (SNABC), Registered Nurses Association of British Columbia (RNABC), and Canadian Nurses Association.

These records had previously been described as a sous-fonds with the following series: administration; faculty, curriculum, and manuals; student information (including calendars and graduation exercise programmes); Student Nurses Association; Student Nurses Association of BC; Registered Nurses Association of BC; Canadian Nurses Association; and Royal Jubilee Hospital series.
When these records were re-described by BC Archives in 2021, the sous-fonds was converted to a series that includes all records that had previously been separated as series. However, the order remains intact.
