Series consists of scrapbook of clippings, photographs, theatre programmes and invitations documenting Anthony Walsh's work as a teacher of drama and art to First Nations children at the Inkameep Reserve from 1931-1943, for the Canadian Legion War Services during World War II, and later, in Quebec.
Immediate source of acquisition
Presented by A. Walsh, Montreal, 1990, and Bernard Webber, 1995.
Some photographs and drawings were removed from the scrapbook before it was donated to the BC Archives. Most of these photographs were found in later accession 199009-006. Photocopies of the photographs were placed in the scrapbook showing where they originally were.
