Low speaks and declines. (00:14:16) SIDE 2: W.A.C. Benn;ett speaks and declines. Rev. Ernest Hansell speaks, praising Bennett and discussing importance of economic sovereignty. Thfree cheers for Hansell. Convention sings, "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow". Ch;airman affirms Hansell's nomination. (00:16:47);
