The item is a b&w photograph showing the Masonic buildings on the East side of Government Street decorated for the visit of Lord Dufferin. A banner over the building on right reads "Carnarvon Terms or Separation". Clock on ornamental pole was owned by the watchmaker and jeweler C.E. Redfern.
