Scope and content
The series consists primarily of compiled, unaudited financial statements produced by a chartered accountant firm, including annual balance sheets of the federation, with the statement of revenue, expenditures, assets and member’s equity. In some cases the federation’s annual treasurer’s report is also attached. These annual treasurer's reports are also often to be found in the minutes of the annual general meetings, in series MS-2946.
The series also consists of records concerning the investment portfolio of the organization, their tax submissions, and, for their newsletter (BC Historical News) there are ledger books and subscriptions and sales record books.
