Biographical history

Terence Finney was a pilot who served in World War I and moved to B.C. from Montreal in 1933 to prepare aviation correspondence courses for the B.C. Department of Education, He trained pilots during World War II and civilians in the post-war years. He was active in many aviation clubs.
