Photograph depicts a scene at Union Station, Vancouver as soldiers finish boarding a Canadian Northern train. The front of the train is pictured with several carts full of soldiers extending to the platform. Crowds of people assemble near the train to say goodbye to soldiers who lean out from the windows.
