Public affairs. Jack Webster's popular weekday morning talk show. Guests and topics for this episode are: Bob Skelly, leader of the BC New Democratic Party (NDP) talks about Premier Bill Bennett's throne speech and what the NDP would do to fix the province’s problems. In a taped video segment Webster goes to the Great Canadian Casino where the casino is letting a college hold a casino night with the gambling proceeds shared between the college and the casino. Dr. Mary Keyes, Director of the McMaster School of Physical Education, discusses fitness and the Canadian Summit on Fitness. John T. Stewart, Director of the North Shore Counselling Centre, talks about the services the centre provides and the need for funding. Hunky Bill Konyk, who sells perogies from a booth at the PNE, appears on the show to feed Jack and to promote an upcoming party for people from Manitoba, his prior home.
